REX is a community-oriented software tool for NMR Relaxometry.
The Service Support includes:
- Within the support period, costless updates of the installed software (on all workstations).
- Prompt removal of all bugs/glitches in the software that might come up.
- Reasonably fast implementation of requests for additional performance needs.
- Requests of service from all workstations will be accepted and handled on an equal basis.
